The service supports small and micro businesses with HR and legal advice, providing employment contracts, Employee Handbooks (policies and procedures), formal correspondence, and guidance documentation. The aim of Penrose HR is to support your business growth, employee wellbeing and productivity, and to ensure client’s people management adheres to the ACAS Code of Practice and UK Employment Law legislation.

This is a single consultant service, meaning you will have a personal HR Manager (BA Hons, PGD, CIPD Associate) and Employment Law Consultant with 15 years of HR experience. Penrose will bring extensive HR and Employment Law knowledge and professionalism to every employee relations case and tailor this support to your business needs and concerns.

HR & Legal Advice

 

Advice and support will cover the entire breadth of Human Resources, sickness management, grievance, disciplinary, redundancy and everything in-between. Small businesses are required to act in line with the ACAS Code of Practice and UK Employment Law legislation. Having a personal HR Manager there 9am - 5pm five days a week, means you have a dedicated specialist able to support you with all your people management concerns but for a fraction of the cost.

Penrose HR also provides you with new, legally up-to-date contracts and an Employee Handbook. It has never been more important to ensure that your contractual engagement with staff is legally watertight. Furthermore, these important documents are updated as and when legislation changes.
